Now that you know the amount you qualify for and how much you can afford for your future home, it is time to consider the amenities you need and want in a property. Whether you're considering a house, condo, townhome, or any other type of property, it's crucial to understand your wants and needs. Looking at factors like location, size, and amenities is essential to ensure you find the perfect fit for your lifestyle and goals. These include the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, inside laundry room, with or without a pool, etc. It is always a good idea to keep an open mind, adjust your amenities throughout your looking process, and have lots of patience! 

The best way to find a home's current property activity status is through a real estate agent like myself. Although the internet gives you information and pretty pictures of a property, it does not provide the home's in-person realistic feel/look or the most current activity status. For example, multiple offers, or maybe the seller has just accepted another buyer's written offer.  I search The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for you daily. In return, you will be emailed new and available properties in real-time and provided with their current activity status or you can search for properties here on my website.
