About Frank
Frank joined the Marines at age 17, directly out of High School in 1997 and graduated boot camp in December 22nd 1997 as a PFC. He entered S.O.I. "School of infantry" in January 1998 and graduated S.O.I. in February 1998 and was assigned to 2nd Battalion 1st Marines, 1st Counter-mechanized platoon, Weapons Company as a 0352/Tow-Gunner and cross trained as a 0331/Heavy Machine gun crewman. Frank did two deployments and traveled the globe twice by the age of 22. He was honorably discharged in 2003 as a Sgt. and bought his first home that same year.
He bought his first home with an FHA loan after his Realtor at the time told him to stay away from VA loans because they are very difficult to work and close on. That same year Frank started a new job with World Savings, a mortgage company where he was an Account Executive/Loan officer and saw just how easy VA loans were to do once you figure out how to work them. To the average joe, VA loans can be a bit cumbersome but for Frank, it became a priority to pass this knowledge to all his VA clients so they do not have what happened to him happen to them!
In 2005 Frank left World Savings and was licensed as a Real Estate Agent. He Spent over 10 years with Re/max, marketing and working with Veterans became his number one priority and to this day, he is considered the go to for all VA home buyers in his immediate area of Granada Hills and sought out as far South as Temecula and as far North as Bakersfield.
In 2017 Frank became a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker and with the help of his wife, they opened up Globe and Anchor Realty and Globe and Anchor Mortgage which is the mortgage division.
