OK, Here's how to order the Site and the IDX!  This is what you do:

• Click to 'PRINT ORDER FORM HERE!'
• Print out the  Order Form that opens up.
• Fill out the form, selecting the Combo package (Website and IDX), or the IDX Only, select a Monthly or Annual payment plan.
• You can select optional Realty Times Subscription, Website Names, and email options too!
• Fill in your Credit Card information (All Monthly Subscriptions must be paid via Credit Card)
• Review the Contract, SIGN it.  Note: All Monthly Purchases are a One Year Contract.
• Fax the completed form to: 818.337.7468

Then,

• You'll get an email in 24 hours that gives you your login information.
• Print a copy and SAVE it for your records.
• Login to your new site! 
• Change Your Password, write it down where you will find it!
• Read the 'Getting Started' sheet, print it out, save it and keep it open while you start to work.
• Start editing your site. It'll get easier with practice!

Make Your IDX Live!

• If you ordered IDX123, you will receive an email with your links.
• Make a Copy of the Email and SAVE it for your records.
• Open your website Agent Center, Login, go to the MLS Property Search Page
• Cut and Paste your IDX123 Link into the box on that page, save it by clicking the green check!
• Add the Featured Homes and Office listings the same way by pasting the URL into the Featured Homes page.
• Then, go to : http://www.realtytech.com/support/ , on the lower left of the page, login with your IDX Username and Password.
• You can then update your IDX123 colors and info and upload your photo to your IDX!

Domain Names and URL's

• If you need to get a new domain name go here and order it for at least 3 years: Order a Domain Name , the new URLs will be automatically pointing to our Servers if you order the URLs/Domain Names from us!
• IF you already own a domain name, contact the current Domain Name Host and tell them to 'point' the domain names to our servers:
  DNS1.WebsHostingProvider.com
  DNS2.WebHostingProvider.com
  These are our Name Servers and your old Names must point here to get your URL to work.
• IF you want us to change them for you, (there is a $25 one time per domain name fee.) Just email the following information to dns@realtytech.com :
  Domain Name/URL(s)
  Your temporary site URL. Example: www.agent123.com/joygolden
  Your Login and Password for your Domain Names (not your new site).

Timelines for all of this:

• Ordering the Website and IDX online: 5 to 10 minutes
• Editing Your New site: One hour to start, then add as you need!
• Ordering a Domain Name: 20 Minutes or less.
• Switching Domain name from temporary to permanent address: 4-5 days after request is sent to our servers.
• RealtyTimes Bundle: Usually 2-3 days to receive the URLs and Links from RealtyTimes.
• Usually all the pieces come together within one full business week, and you are on your way!
