My siblings and I faced the difficult task of clearing out and selling my mom's house after she passed away. In addition, the house was old and had lots of deferred maintenance. We interviewed several realtors and selected Gina because she was down-to-earth and understood exactly what we needed. She was immediately able to schedule the right workers to get the house cleared out and ready to sell within just two weeks. She was right there when we needed her, and she even pitched in to help bag up trash for the haulers!

Gina listed and sold our rental condo in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. Since we live over an hour away from the property, Gina happily coordinated everything to get the property ready to photograph and list.
