Andrea developed a strong business and marketing background at the University of Wisconsin School of Business. She worked in human resources, consulting and change management for more than twenty years before transforming her passion for real estate and design into her career. She enjoys the process of learning about her clients' goals and using that knowledge to successfully negotiate on their behalf.
A South Bay resident for two decades, Andrea is an active member of the community. She volunteers at Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach schools, with local Girl Scout troops and Manhattan Beach Neighborhood Watch, to name a few. Demonstrating her passion for building community and connection, she holds a Master's Degree in Organization Development and is also a Parent Educator with Hand in Hand Parenting. She enjoys staying active with her family, playing tennis and skiing.
As a Manhattan Beach native, Mark McCracken has over forty years of knowledge about life and real estate in the South Bay community. Mark is a true advocate for his clients, specializing in integrative negotiation throughout the process from contract to closing. As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, he also understands the complexities of intergenerational family decisions. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in public service with the LA County Lifeguards, LA City Fire Department and US Navy SEALS, Mark is dedicated to serving his clients with the highest level of honesty and integrity.
Mark currently lives in Manhattan Beach with his family. He is active in the community, with the YMCA Adventure Guides and Manhattan Beach Neighborhood Watch program. Mark personally supports the Wounded Warrior Project, whose vision is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation’s history. He also enjoys playing tennis and golf.
