To accomplish those goals we need to first understand your dreams and goals. Next, we need to develop the right marketing plan if you are selling your home, or define the perfect home if you seek your dream home.

For Sellers, we will design the perfect marketing strategy to meet your financial and schedule goals. We will then implement the plan for the successful completion of the sale of your home. Once the home is in contract, we and our extended support associates will work hard to keep the escrow on track and running smoothly.  After Escrow closes we will be there for any further questions or assistance you may have.
 
For Buyers, we will meet and discuss your vision of the perfect dream home for you that meets your budget. Once we know what you are looking for we then discuss the ‘where’ aspect of the search. Once we are all in agreement on Features, Price, and Location, the hunt begins! We will be there to guide you through the possibilities until we find the perfect home. Once in escrow, we will fight for you to make sure the escrow goes smoothly and cost-effectively as practical until the day we hand you the keys to your new dream home.

Kenny has been with Coast Family Real Estate since 2015, One of the Central Coast’s most valued Realtors, Kenny offers honesty and integrity, coupled with an extensive sales and marketing background. After graduating from Fresno State University with a degree in Business Administration, Kenny worked for 30+ years in sales and management. Kenny proved to be a valuable asset for both San Luis Paper Company and Pepsi. As a key account manager at Pepsi, he played a significant role in making his market unit the top performing unit in the nation.

    Specializing in residential sales, Kenny provides guidance, planning, and candid business advice to make sure each of his clients are completely satisfied for years to come. He also sponsors teams from Arroyo Grande High School, Five Cities Youth Basketball and contributes annually to the Saint Patrick’s Catholic School fundraiser.     Jean Studer is one of the Central Coast’s most respected Realtors, serving the Central Coast since 1975. Jean and her husband, Ted, moved to the Central Coast in 1961 with Lockheed Aircraft. With great weather and beautiful beaches, Jean quickly took advantage of all the Central Coast had to offer. Active in the community and schools, Jean raised four children while working as an administrative assistant at the Tracking Station. Here, Jean met people from all over looking to relocate and enjoy all the opportunities she herself had been enjoying. After building a home and investing in real estate and rental properties herself, Jean realized she had a lot of knowledge to share. Becoming a licensed Realtor®, and then a broker, allowed her to help others find their own dream home.

    Being a seasoned Realtor, Jean has expertise in a variety of areas within the real estate industry. Early in her career, she was proud to represent well known builders: Billie Everett, Gus Burinda, Mark Smith, and Dan Blough. In addition, Jean worked closely with the City and County Planning, and sold 4 mobile home parks within a 2 year period.

    Jean is passionate about helping people, and has developed many great relationships over the years as she has helped them find home after home. Jean offers a level of service that goes above and beyond, carefully listening to the needs of her clients. Recognizing that buying and selling a home is an important part of each client’s life, Jean does not take her role lightly. Recently, Jean has worked with many seniors looking to scale down to smaller homes and condos, as she is well aware of the importance of this transition.

    Jean and her daughter Tonia partnered together in real estate at Coldwell Banker for 15 years. Tonia and her husband, Kenny Kleinsmith, recently opened their own successful real estate firm, where Jean has eagerly joined them at Coast Family Real Estate. Jean appreciates that her clients and their families will be well served by her own family for years to come. Outside of work, Jean enjoys traveling and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is active in her church and the community, and still finds time to keep up with the latest market trends!
