Fred Herrman grew up in Studio City, California and attended the University of Southern California, with a major in Psychology, and a focus on film and music. He worked in production at Walt Disney Feature Animation for nearly a decade and a half, as well as for DreamWorks Animation, and live-action film and television for several more years before moving into the world of real estate in Manhattan Beach, CA in 2006. He then joined Bill Toth’s team at First Class Real Estate in Burbank in 2010.
Fred enjoys helping people prepare to list their homes for sale. Fred is an experienced residential real estate sales agent who has sold and leased many properties in Burbank, the San Fernando Valley, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and in northwest Bakersfield. He has experience renovating and re-selling properties as part of his personal investing portfolio, and having listed, marketed, and completed over one-hundred and fifty lease contracts between owners and renters, he is able to give the seasoned investor insight into the current market. Additionally, Fred is happy to work with the first time investor to help them understand the steps to take in acquiring investment income.
