With over 30 years in real estate financing, sales, and management, John Newman has built a roster of repeat and referral clients who trust and respect him for his knowledge of the real estate market place.
A native of Chicago Illinois, John spent three plus years in the U.S. Marine Corps and then completed an executive MSD program at the University of Chicago in finance and management.
Since 1984, John has originated and negotiated real estate sales and financing in two states. Additionally, he has represented banks and wholesale lenders throughout Southern California, and Illinois. His understanding of the special needs of owners, buyers and lenders has enabled him to expedite the financing and real estate sales process.
